No free shipping is available for international orders.

The shipments for (Spain) Peninsula will be free from 59€ of purchase, the free shipments will be sent by Correos Express and its delivery will be of 24/48h depending on the modality chosen and the hour in which the order is made, for this delivery time is not taken into account the weekends, both Correos Express and pharmacyonlinexl provide information tracking the shipment.


Orders will be sent the day after receiving payment, in the case of bank transfers will be the next day that the transfer is visible in the bank account, only in the event that the product is not in stock at that time the order could be delayed.

The orders will be sent by Express Mail or by Certified Mail always providing the tracking number of the same, such information will be available in the area of "My orders" within "My Account".

Delivery times would be:

Peninsula: 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends)

Europe: 8 to 15 working days.

Brazil: from 15 to 30 days depending on the destination.

Other destinations: According to country (normally from 15 to 45 days).

In international shipments (outside the EU) we mark the packages as a "Gift" and indicate a value as low as possible, however we can not ensure that the package is not retained in customs and can generate the corresponding taxes, in any case pharmacyonlinexl will be responsible for such taxes.


According to the provisions of Article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the warranty period for a product of a durable nature (non-perishable) is two years from delivery of the product, being necessary to communicate to within two months of detection. Return for defective product: will send you a new product once received the defective product in our facilities, and will assume the shipping costs that originate in the return. No claims will be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the order.

Return for wrong product: is committed to resolving the error in the shortest time possible to collect the product and proceed to exchange or refund the amount, once returned and received the wrong product.
