Main ingredients:
L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, matodextrin, B-hydroxy-B-methybutyrate (HMB), orange juice powder, acidulant (citric acid), colouring (B-carotene) and sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame potassium).

Instructions for use:
Dissolve one sachet (25 g) in 225 ml of water, shake until completely dissolved.
